Navoi-Kaplanbek checkpoint on the border with Kazakhstan to be temporarily closed
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- From 1 November 2022, the Navoi automobile checkpoint in Tashkent region on the border of Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan (Kaplanbek in Turkestan region) will be closed. This was reported by the press service of the khokimiyat of Tashkent region.
According to the khokimiyat, the checkpoint will be closed for a period of 19 months due to modernization on the Kazakh side.
