More than 1,600 consumers in Jizzakh region were left without electricity

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- In Jizzakh region, due to snowfall and strong wind, thousands of residents were left without electricity, the press service of the Ministry of Energy reports.

Today at 8:40 there was a morning failure on five power lines with a voltage of 6-10 kV.

As a result, more than 1,600 consumers in the Sharaf-Rashidov and Forish districts were left without electricity.

Specialized teams are already working to fix the problem.
