Ministry of Justice Registers Procedure for Accounting Potato Mini-Material Contracts

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The Ministry of Justice has registered the regulation titled “On the Procedure for Accounting and Managing Contracts for Potato Mini-Materials Between Entities Growing Potatoes in Specialized Areas, Scientific Institutions, and Business Entities” (registration number 3713, on 26 November 2025).

According to the document, by 1 March each year, a selection of entities engaged in potato cultivation is conducted. Eligible entities must meet the requirements for preparing “in vitro” planting material, micro- and mini-materials, as well as producing high-reproduction seed potatoes in specialized regions.

Winners of the selection are entered into the registry of entities cultivating high-reproduction seed potatoes within three working days via the “E-Urug” information system.

Within five working days following the publication of selection results, contracts with scientific institutions and business entities are concluded through the “AgroDocs” system.

Once signed, contracts are automatically registered in the “E-Urug” system. Any changes or cancellations of contracts are also automatically recorded, ensuring transparency and real-time accounting of all transactions.
