Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On 13 February 2025, Advisor to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan, Munira Aminova, held talks with the head of the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) office in Uzbekistan, Regina De Dominicis.

The parties discussed pressing issues of bilateral cooperation, which has gained new momentum in recent years.

Regina De Dominicis emphasized that UNICEF fully supports the goals and priorities of the Uzbekistan-2030 Strategy, which align with the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

UNICEF reaffirmed its commitment to strengthening partnerships in key areas such as healthcare, education, environmental protection, and maternal and child support initiatives.
