Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - The President adopted a resolution on measures to implement the provisions of the Convention on Legal Assistance and Legal Relations in Civil, Family and Criminal Cases from 22 January 1993 and the Convention on Legal Assistance and Legal Relations in Civil, Family and criminal cases from 7 October 2002".

The resolution approved the lists of authorized bodies of Uzbekistan that interact with the competent authorities of the States parties to the Conventions.

The interaction is carried out directly by the authorized bodies or their territorial bodies or organizations under their jurisdiction.

Uzbekistan by the Law "On the accession of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the Convention on Legal Assistance and Legal Relations in Civil, Family and Criminal Cases" from 26 August 2019 joined the Chisinau Convention, Law from 13 December 2019 ratified the Protocol to the Minsk Convention (Moscow, March 28, 1997).
