Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Jahongir Artykhojayev addressed entrepreneurs on issue of demolition of property of entrepreneurs.

He noted that although plots for the construction of business facilities are now allocated only on the basis of the results of electronic auctions, there are still violations of the law in this area.

Among them are the unauthorized seizure of land, the construction of structures without any official permission, as well as in places where it is completely prohibited. Naturally, the lands obtained in various ways, contrary to the law, without any documents, are illegal, and the punishment for those responsible is inevitable, he said.

In such cases, there is only one thing left - to destroy such buildings. At the same time, Artykhodzhaev stressed that the authorities have no goal of harming entrepreneurs, Jahongir Artykhojayev added.

Khokim urged citizens and deputies to inform the authorized bodies in a timely manner about light constructions of shops, fast food booths and shops being built at the stops in their places of residence, and thus not to be indifferent to the realities, and businessmen not to become victims of dealers offering illegally register the land, and participate in open auctions.
