Kapitalbank to issue bonds for 5bn soums
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Kapitalbank open joint-stock commercial bank registered the second emission of subordinated bonds with the Center for securities market.
The bank said the volume of the emission is 5 billion soums. The interest rate is equal to the refinancing rate of the Central Bank of Uzbekistan.
Currently, the refinancing rate is 14% APR. Interest rates are paid on quarterly bases.
