Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — A meeting was held at the Ministry of Investments, Industry, and Trade between Minister Laziz Kudratov and the head of Meraque Group, Razali Ismail.

Meraque Group, founded in Malaysia in 2017, specializes in the development of advanced technologies in the fields of agriculture, security, and logistics.

The parties discussed the progress of agreements made during the high-level visit to Malaysia on February 4-5 of this year, particularly regarding the project on the use of drones in agriculture.

As part of the first phase of the project, company representatives will organize a "showroom" in the Yangiyul and Chinaz districts of the Tashkent region, where interested companies in Uzbekistan will have the opportunity to use specialized drones.

Agreements were also reached on implementing a training program at the company's manufacturing facilities in Malaysia.
