Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Sobir Uralov was appointed head of the Department for monitoring the execution and work with appeals of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Sobir Uralov was born in 1973 in Samarkand region, Uzbek by nationality. In 1995, he graduated from the Samarkand Institute of Agriculture and in 2006 from the Banking and Finance Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Prior to his appointment, he was Deputy Head of the Department of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education, Department of Financing Education and Science of the Department of Budgetary Policy in the Sectors of Education, Science and Culture.
