Furniture Production Reaches 6 Trillion Soums in Ten Months
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — From January to October 2025, large enterprises in Uzbekistan produced furniture worth nearly 6 trillion soums, an increase of 8.2% compared to the same period in 2024, according to the National Statistics Committee.
The capital remains the leader in production volumes: in Tashkent city, furniture output totaled 1.3 trillion soums.
Among the regions, the highest figures were recorded in Tashkent Region — 658.6 billion soums, Ferghana — 589.8 billion soums, Andijan — 554.6 billion soums, and Namangan — 538.8 billion soums.
Other regions reported the following results: Samarkand Region — 338.2 billion soums, Bukhara — 333.5 billion soums, Surkhandarya — 390.2 billion soums, Karakalpakstan — 307.6 billion soums, Khorezm — 264.8 billion soums, Jizzakh — 283.8 billion soums, Kashkadarya — 244 billion soums, Navoi — 131.7 billion soums, and Syrdarya — 84.4 billion soums.
