Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 19 November 2021, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Furkat Sidikov held a meeting with Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Kyrgyz Republic Taalatbek Masadykov.
During the talks, the sides discussed topical issues of bilateral relations and the agenda of international politics.
The parties noted with satisfaction the positive dynamics of the Uzbek-Kyrgyz interaction, which became possible thanks to the open and trusting dialogue established between the leaders of the two countries.
An exchange of views and assessments took place on the current situation in Afghanistan, its impact on international security, the country's integration into regional economic processes, as well as the provision of emergency humanitarian assistance to the Afghan people.
