Fire Breaks Out in Private House in Andijan District

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On 2 December, at approximately 22:30, a fire broke out in a private house in the Kurama mahalla of Andijan District.

According to the regional Emergency Situations Department, four fire and rescue units arrived at the scene 11 minutes after the call. The fire was contained by 22:49 and completely extinguished by 23:30.

The fire damaged the ceiling, roof, and some furniture and personal belongings. The cause of the fire and the total material losses are under investigation.

No casualties have been reported.
