Thus, at the Tashkent International Airport, the baggage of passengers arriving on an international flight was subject to customs control. As a result of which, in the bags of citizens M.L. and W.A. 1 firearm "STR 9x19mm 20" and 7 firearms "12 5.56 IMI" were found.

According to Article 246 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, criminal liability for smuggling, that is, moving across the customs border of the Republic of Uzbekistan, in addition to or with concealment from customs control of explosive devices, weapons, firearms or ammunition, is inevitable!
