At the same time, the monthly bonus to the official salary can be established based on the performance of the employee as follows and in the following amounts:

developed scientific and methodological manual on the education of young people, according to scientific and analytical methods - up to 30 percent;

for the publication of a scientific article in the field of education and upbringing:

publication in national scientific journals - up to 15 percent;

for each article in international journals - up to 30 percent.

A one-time bonus to the official salary is established based on the results achieved or when the necessary conditions are met:

for the preparation of winners of scientific Olympiads:

up to 15 percent - for results at the district and region levels;

up to 20 percent - for results in the republic;

up to 30 percent - for results at the international level;

up to 10 percent - for the creation of modern educational exhibitions;

up to 30 percent - for organizing training sessions in an original way;

up to 20 percent - for the contribution to the development of entrepreneurial skills among students.
