Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Digital University of Japan was established in the city of Tashkent by the Government resolution.
One of the main tasks of the University is the preparation of competitive personnel with higher education in the field of information and communication technologies, software development, management of information systems and computer networks, as well as in other areas of the economy.
The university is considered a non-state higher educational institution.
The educational process at the university is organized in Japanese and Uzbek languages on a paid contract basis.
The university trains personnel in bachelor’s programs in the form of full-time and distance learning.
The size of the student education contract will be determined by Digital Knowledge Co., Ltd. (Founder).
Also, annually at least 10 applicants from among children with high academic performance, from families in need of social protection, will be admitted to the University free of charge (based on a grant from the University) on a competitive basis.
In the direction of the bachelor’s degree "Software Engineer" of the University, students will be accepted from the 2020/2021 academic year, and in the direction of the undergraduate degree "Computer Graphics and Design" - from the next academic year.
Graduates are issued a diploma of the established sample of Uzbekistan and universities of Japan, which is recognized as a document on higher education.
