China’s trade with Uzbekistan in February 2009 reaches US$114m
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
China’s export to and import from Uzbekistan reached US$114.173 million in February 2009, and the trade in January-February reached US$344.346 million, up 112.8% year on year.
The General Administration of Customs said that trade turnover between Uzbekistan and China was US$1.606 billion in 2008 or increased by 42.4%.
The countries’ trade grew by 16.2% year-on-year to US$1.129 billion in 2007.
