Bakhtiyor Saidov Holds Meeting with Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni in Rome

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — During his visit to Rome, Uzbekistan’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Bakhtiyor Saidov, held a meeting with the Prime Minister of Italy, Giorgia Meloni.

“Today, during my visit to Rome, I had an open and productive discussion with the Prime Minister of the Italian Republic, Giorgia Meloni,” the Foreign Minister noted on his Telegram channel.

The sides discussed the positive momentum in Uzbek-Italian strategic partnership relations and reaffirmed their mutual commitment to expanding cooperation across all areas.

“Italy holds a special place as one of Uzbekistan’s key partners in Europe. We are committed to further deepening our partnership, which is founded on trust, friendship, and a shared dedication to development,” Saidov emphasized.
