ASR discusses 2025 plans with the International Advisory Council
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The Agency for Strategic Reforms (ASR) hosted a meeting between its director, Bahodir Rakhmatov, and members of the International Advisory Council (IAC), including Alfred Gusenbauer, Aleksander Kwaśniewski, and Štefan Füle.
During the meeting, participants reviewed the IAC’s achievements in 2024 and discussed the outcomes of the jointly implemented "roadmap."
Particular attention was given to new areas of cooperation for 2025. Plans for the year include strengthening ties with European higher education institutions, expanding collaboration in trade, economic, and cultural spheres, and developing a comprehensive approach to regional development based on the experience of Austria, Poland, and the Czech Republic.
The importance of adapting advanced international practices to national conditions was emphasized as a key factor in ensuring sustainable economic growth and improving citizens’ well-being.
Concluding the meeting, both sides expressed confidence in the continuation of productive cooperation and reaffirmed their commitment to initiatives aimed at modernizing and advancing key economic sectors.
