Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Today, at 03:57 am, an explosion occurred in the building of the shopping center "Indenim" located in the city of Denau, which destroyed the walls of the shopping center and caused a fire, as a result the walls of the shopping center collapsed, reports press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

Fire and rescue teams arrived at the scene as early as 04:02. The complete liquidation of the fire was completed by 04:25.

A government commission headed by First Deputy Prime Minister A. Ramatov arrived at the scene. It also includes representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Emergencies, the National Guard, the Ministry of Health and other departments.

According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the explosion injured nine people who were hospitalized.

At the moment, the cause of the explosion has not yet been established.
