Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- AKFA University and CBS International Business School held an online meeting on 15 December 2021 to explore possible areas of cooperation between two private educational institutions.

The meeting was attended by the Rector of AKFA University Bekhzod Djalilov, Dean of AKFA Business School Dr. Odiljon Abdurazzakov, Head of International Relations Department of AKFA University Samandar Shamsiev as well as Vice President of CBS International Business School Prof. Dr. Markus Raueiser and Head of International Office of CBS International Business School Silke Bochow.

At the beginning of the meeting, the sides briefly presented information about their universities and their programs. During the discussions, the parties discussed possible areas of cooperation including dual diploma (3+1) programs for undergraduate students as well as student and faculty exchange. Through this partnership students of Akfa Business School will be able to study their last year at CBS and get diplomas of both Akfa University and CBS. This will give them an opportunity to start their careers in Germany after graduation.

Representatives of two universities also discussed possibilities of cooperation in curriculum development as well as MBA and Executive MBA programs. The sides agreed to continue discussions on establishing long-term cooperation between two universities.
