Abdulaziz Kamilov and Dominik Raab discuss topical issues of the regional and international agenda

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 6 September 2021, a telephone conversation took place between the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Abdulaziz Kamilov and the Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs of the United Kingdo Dominic Raab.

The heads of the foreign affairs agencies discussed topical issues of the regional and international agenda, as well as the development of bilateral relations.

It was noted that in recent years, cooperation between the two countries has been developing dynamically and has acquired a qualitatively new character.

An exchange of views took place on the situation in Afghanistan and the promotion of the peaceful political process in this country. Mutual interest was expressed in expanding cooperation in this direction.
