A number of issues were discussed during the visit to the Republic of Kazakhstan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Members of a delegation from representatives of the parliament of Uzbekistan, during a visit to the Republic of Kazakhstan, met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Uzbekistan to the Republic of Kazakhstan Saidikram Niyazkhojaev and got acquainted with the activities of the embassy. 

With the participation of members of the delegation, an excursion around the building of the embassy of our country was organized. There was also an acquaintance with the activities of the Center for Craftsmen. 

In addition, representatives of our country held bilateral meetings with the Deputy Chairman of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of Kazakhstan B.Kesebayeva, the Honorary Ambassador of Uzbekistan for Tourism in Kazakhstan L.Akhanova and the Deputy Chairman of the Business Women's Council of Almaty A.Eralieva.

At the meetings, issues of developing cooperation between the relevant committees of the chambers of the parliaments of the two countries, exchanging information, expanding economic cooperation, implementing joint projects and finding ways to jointly solve the problems of the Turkic states were discussed.

The parties also paid special attention to the development of cooperation in trade, economic, medical, tourism, scientific, cultural and other fields.

In addition, representatives of our country met with members of the Association of Business Women of Kazakhstan.

During the meeting, priority areas for the development and expansion of women's entrepreneurship in the countries were discussed. 

The parties agreed to exchange views and best practices in this area on a regular basis, to hold a business forum of women entrepreneurs of Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan in the second half of this year.
