Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Today, on 1 February, at 06:23 am, a fire broke out in the Kuva shopping mall, located in Kuva district of Ferghana region. The fire damaged about 25 clothing stores, the roof, ceiling and interior of the complex.

According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, fire brigades arrived at the scene at 6:27 a.m. and at 7:10 a.m. the fire was localized.

There were no reports of injuries or fatalities.

The leaders of the regional and district emergency situations were called to the scene.

The cause of the fire and the amount of damage are under investigation.
