Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 27 November, at about 12:00, a fire broke out at Technokontinental in Yashnabad district of Tashkent as a result of a leak of compressed gas used in the production process.

As a result, a group of people working on the scene received thermal injuries. The fire was extinguished by the efforts of the company’s employees before the arrival at the scene of the fire and rescue teams.

According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the victims were immediately taken to the Republican Emergency Medical Center. They are under the supervision of doctors, and patients receive timely and qualified medical care.

At present, a republican working group, headed by the first deputy minister for emergency situations, is working at the scene to study and eliminate the situation.
