Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - On October 26-27, 2021, a working visit of a delegation headed by the Chairman of the Management Board of Uzbekneftegaz to the city of St. Petersburg took place.

During the visit, on 27 October, the Chairman of the Management Board of Uzbekneftegaz Mehriddin Abdullayev met with the leadership of the Center for Digital Transformation Tsifergauz.

Tsifergauz is a scientific and educational center for Artificial Intelligence in Industry, uniting cross-functional teams from all areas of Gazprom Neft's business. The center has created digital laboratories for artificial intelligence, control of robots and drones, 3D printing, the creation of industrial gadgets and telemetry sensors.

The parties discussed the work carried out by Uzbekneftegaz, the efficiency and implementation of investment projects.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the possibilities of introducing digital solutions of the Center for the search and development of hydrocarbon fields of Uzbekneftegaz in the implementation of investment projects, remote drilling control technologies, industrial automation systems, etc.

An agreement was also reached on the development of a practical program for the organization of appropriate training and advanced training of specialists of Uzbekneftegaz.
