Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 11 January, R.A. submitted an appeal to police stating that an unknown person expressed a desire to buy a precious watch, which he put up at OLX for sale. When the buyer happened to find out the secret code of his plastic card, he transferred 527,000 soums in the card to his own card.

On this fact, the investigation department at the Department of Internal Affairs of the city of Qoqand initiated a criminal case under part 1 of article 168 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

As a result of operational-search measures, T.A. was charged with this crime, in respect of which a preventive measure in the form of detention was applied.
