Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 4 June, at 00.30, employees of the quarantine department of the Internal Affairs Directorate of Kashkadarya region, while performing official tasks at the Umakai regular checkpoint, stopped the Damas car, which was traveling in the direction of Surkhandarya-Tashkent, the press service of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Kashkadarya region reports.

The car was driven by a native of Surkhandarya region B.T.

During a search of the salon, it became known that the car contained the meat of unidentified animals of unknown origin, weighing about 700 kg, without proper veterinary documents, to determine the quality of the meat products.

The meat products were transferred to the laboratory of microbiology and veterinary and sanitary examination of the Kashkadarya regional food safety laboratory.
