11-Year-Old Uzbek Citizen Dies in Road Accident in Qatar

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — An 11-year-old citizen of Uzbekistan tragically died in a road traffic accident in Qatar, according to the news agency Dunyo.

The agency reports that M.A., born in 2014 and a native of Tashkent, suffered severe head injuries after the driver lost control of the vehicle. The child died at the scene.

The Embassy of Uzbekistan in Qatar provided the family with all necessary consular and logistical support, including assistance with funeral arrangements.

Given the current regional situation and existing transportation and logistics restrictions, the family agreed that the body would be buried in Qatar in accordance with national and religious traditions.
