Memorandum of Understanding signed between LONGi and KIUT University

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A ceremony was held to sign a memorandum between LONGi and KIUT University in Uzbekistan, as well as the issuance of grants by the company to 3 students who won the competition for developing presentations on the topic "Green" energy in Uzbekistan. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Energy.

This memorandum stipulates the support of university students, the organization of student exchange programs, the partial establishment of the production of solar panel components in Uzbekistan and the provision of grant funds for the university.

In order to support talented students of technical specialties of the Tashkent International Chemical University, LONGi announced a competition for preparing a presentation on the topic "Green" energy in Uzbekistan.

As a result of the competition, 3 students were rewarded with cash to partially cover their contract.

The event was attended by representatives of LONGi, the rector of KIUT University, as well as the head of the RES department and the director of the National Research Institute of RES under the Ministry of Energy.

Topics discussed were the development of renewable energy sources, the provision of educational grants to successful students, the holding of technical seminars and internships in various fields.
