UzLiDeP holds event to express gratitude to elder people

Recently, UzLiDeP council in Tashkent region organized festive event under the motto "You’re unique, you are dear to me, my native Uzbekistan!" with the participation of UzLiDeP faction in the Legislative Chamber of Oliy Majlis, MPs of Tashkent city council, activists of the party and mahallasof Yakkasaray district, veterans, people of respectable age and media.

- Independence of Uzbekistan helped to revive national government and self-consciousness, traditions and customs passing from generation to generation, - says Chairman of UzLiDeP council in Tashkent city T. Nazarov. -Older people have made their contribution to the prosperity of our country. The younger generation needs help and advice from older generation who have a rich experience. That is why, where there is care of older generation, there is always the welfare and prosperity.

Indeed, the large-scale reforms carried out in our country in the years of independence are widely recognized by the international community and fascinated people around the world. On the attention paid to the social sector is evidenced by the fact that at the initiative of the Head of our State each year gets its own name and implements the relevant state program. So, 2015 was announced the Year of attention and care for the senior generation, in this regard, Uzbekistan implements the large-scale practical work to provide full support for older people.

The older people of the event received the attention and gifts from UzLiDeP.
