Uzbekistan to create inter-departmental data transfer system for E-Government

The network is created to interaction among state departments and ministries, as well as their information systems and information resources, providing electronic state services.

According to the Government resolution, the system will start functioning from 1 January 2017. The document said that Uzbektelecom will be operator of the network.

Uzbektelecom should create the network and insure its uninterrupted operation. The company should ensure interaction of state bodies within the network.

The Uzbek national telecom operator should also security of network and protection of data during interaction within the network.
