Uzbekistan to close half of patrol posts between regions

According to him, 66 out of 133 posts of the road patrol service and the patrol-guard station located on the borders of the regions will be liquidated in Uzbekistan.

Uzbek leader said that the presence of such posts limits the free movement of people and has a negative impact on trade and economic relations, internal and external tourism.

Pulat Bobojonov said that there are 60 RPS posts and 73 PGP posts in Uzbekistan and decision adopted to close 66 of them.
