Uzbekistan Temir Yollari transports 19.95m passengers in 2014

State joint stock railway company Uzbekistan Temir Yollari transported 19.95 million passengers in 2014, the press service of the company said.
In 2013, the company transported 18.5 million passengers. The growth rate in 2014 compared to 2013 made up 7.84%.
The volume of transported cargoes within local directions made up 65.9 million tonnes in 2014 against 63.7 million tonnes in 2013 (+3.45%).
The passenger turnover in 2014 made up 3.765 billion passengers-km and cargo turnover – 22.9 billion tonnes-km.
