Uzbekistan produces localized goods for 3.1 trln. soums in 2014

Uzbekistan produced localized products for about 3.1 trillion soums within the programme of production of ready goods, components and materials for 2014-2016.
According to the Ministry of Economy of Uzbekistan, estimated level of import-replacing made up over US$3.1 billion. About 486 projects on localization of produces were implemented in 2014.
Uzbekistan started to produce 560 new products, including electronic ovens, gas and electric stoves, air conditioners, electric engines and pumps, children toys, sport equipment, etc.
