Uzbekistan Hosts 344 Enterprises with Kyrgyz Investment

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — As of 1 January 2026, Uzbekistan is home to 344 enterprises with Kyrgyz capital, according to the National Statistics Committee.

The largest number of these companies operate in trade, with 138 enterprises. In industry, there are 60 companies; in information and communications, 30; in transportation and storage, 18; in construction, 17; in accommodation and food services, 14; in agriculture, forestry, and fisheries, 5; and in healthcare and social services, 6. The remaining 56 enterprises are engaged in other sectors.

These figures reflect the wide-ranging economic cooperation between Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan and the active participation of Kyrgyz investment across various sectors of Uzbekistan’s economy.
