Uzbekistan announces 31 August as day-off
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
President of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov signed a resolution “On shifting day-off in connection with the celebrations of the 24th anniversary of Uzbekistan’s Independence” on 25 August 2015.
The resolution said that in connection with celebration of the Independence Day of Uzbekistan and create favourable conditions to resting of population, Monday, 31 August 2015, announced as a day-off in Uzbekistan.
With his resolution, the leader of Uzbekistan announced 29 August, Saturday, as a working day in the country.
