Uzbekistan, Anhui Conch Discuss Green Energy Projects

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On 19 March, Uzbekistan’s Deputy Minister of Investments, Industry and Trade, Ilzat Kasimov, held a meeting with representatives of Anhui Conch New Energy, a division of Anhui Conch Group specializing in renewable energy development.

The company possesses significant technological capabilities, including a portfolio of 159 patents and experience in implementing 148 power plant projects in various countries worldwide.

During the discussions, both sides positively assessed the ongoing projects of Anhui Conch Group in Uzbekistan, particularly in the production of construction materials. The focus was on expanding investment cooperation, including the launch of new initiatives in the green energy sector.

The meeting concluded with an agreement to move forward into the practical implementation phase of the planned projects and to deepen the technological partnership between the Uzbek side and the Chinese company.
