Uzbekistan Airways to open flight to Dushanbe and Minsk

Director General of the airline Valeriy Tyan said that there are plans to open flight from Tashkent to Dushanbe 2015.

He said that Uzbekistan and Tajikistan should sign an intergovernmental agreement of air communication and solve other procedural issues.

Acting director of commercial department of Uzbekistan Havo Yollari Saidvali Saidhodjaev said that the airline is planning to open flight from Tashkent to Minsk.

He said that the airline plans to increase frequency of flights to Astana, Bishkek, Almaty and Riga.

According to airlineroute.net, Uzbekistan Airways will start to Dushanbe and Minsk in March 2015. The airline will conduct two flights a week to Dushanbe and one flight a week to Minsk. The airline will use Airbus A320 planes to carry out these flights.
