Uzbekistan Airways suspends some flights

The company said that Uzbekistan Havo Yollari suspended flights, scheduled for 4, 11 and 18 February 2015 due to low load of the flights on route Tashkent-Tokyo-Tashkent.

Some Russian media outlets also reported that Uzbekistan Havo Yollari temporary abolished some flights to Russian city. In particular, the airline partially suspended flights to Tyumen, Samara, Volgograd and Rostov-na-Donu.

The reports said that the airline adopted the decision due to current situation in the market and low demand for transportation services. It is expected that flights will be fully renewed in March.
