Uzbek FM meets with US Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs

The press service of the Uzbek Foreign Ministry said that the meeting was held in Washington within the visit of the delegation of Uzbekistan to the United States.

During the conversation, the sides exchanged views on promising directions of further development of cooperation between Uzbekistan and the US in political, trade-economic, investment, cultural-humanitarian and other spheres in light of practical implementation of the ideas expressed on 19 December, 2017, during a telephone conversation of the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and President Donald Trump.

Other current issues on the bilateral agenda were also discussed at the meeting.
