"If in 2017 the state budget issued 7.1 trillion soums to healthcare, then in 2018 it is planned to allocate 9.6 trillion soums,” Shadmanov said.

According to him, in 2017, within the framework of the Investment Program, 552.6 billion soums were sent to 181 medical facilities. To date, construction, reconstruction and major repairs are being completed in these facilities, the minister added.

"Within the framework of the Investment Program for 2018 it is planned to allocate 803.6 billion soums for construction, reconstruction and equipping of 290 medical facilities,” he said.
