State bodies cannot request certificates from businesses at rendering state services

The bank was introduced in line with the governmental resolution “On measures on further improving order of rendering state services to business entities”.

From 1 January 2015, the state bodies should obtain necessary document and information from other state bodies at providing services to the state bodies.

State and other bodies, rendering services to businesses and possessing information, should provide information or document within a day after receiving request from other bodies.

If the state bodies do not provide information or document on request of other state body, this cannot serve as reason for refusal to provide state services to business entities.

The officials, who will not provided information on documents on request of other state bodies, will be responsible for timely processing requests.
