President proposes to create special online resource “My Opinion”

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev in his message to the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan proposed to introduce an order of collective electronic appeal as an advanced mechanism of democracy.

Uzbek leader proposed to create a special web page “My opinion” on the Internet so that citizens of Uzbekistan can express their opinion on important issues.

He said that the law should determine that the Oliy Majlis or the Kengash (Council) of People’s Deputies should consider the initiatives put forward by groups of citizens.
