Oxus Gold says Zeromax now has 17 pct stake after partial option exercise
Under the terms of the option, Uzbekistan-based private company Zeromax has the right to acquire up to a further 46.75 mln Oxus Gold shares, also at 80 pence per share.
The option can be exercised in whole or in part, and if exercised fully, Zeromax’s stake in Oxus Gold will increase to 109.25 mln shares, or 29.72 pct.
