Nukus hosts event on developing agriculture sphere

Members of the UzLiDeP and Council of Farmers, Karakalpak Department of the Center for supporting entrepreneurship and farming, businesses and farmers, students and other participated in the event.

The participants considered reforms in farming, further developing agriculture sector and farmers’ movement in Uzbekistan.

It was underlined that farmers and entrepreneurs are becoming powerful force in Uzbekistan. The farmers produce agriculture products and help to develop rural infrastructure. The farers play important role in launch of industrial enterprises in rural areas and development of services, as well as small and private businesses.

The participants underlined that currently interest of youth to agriculture sector is increasing and it is necessary to support them.
