Mosque opened on Kamchik pass
The new mosque “Islam Nuri” started its activity on 2 January in “Kuksaroy” mahalla in Akhangaran district of Tashkent region.
According to the Muslims Board, this is only mosque on the Kamchik pass. The location of the mosque along the road creates convenience for believers.
Works on construction and reconstruction of the mosque were started in 2013. The mosque was built by the hashar method through the efforts of sponsors and local residents. All conveniences for believers are created here: modern cranes for ablution, bathrooms, wardrobe.
On 2 January, the newly reconstructed mosque “Usmat ota” was opened in Pskent. The mosque has all the conditions for believers, and in the future it is planned to build a library, a museum and parking for cars. The building of the mosque is designed for 250-300 people.
