The Deputy Minister, congratulating Ali Ihsan Caglar on his appointment to the post of the Head of the Mission, stressed that the state visit of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the Republic of Turkey on 25-26 October 2017 as well as the visit of the President of TIKA Serdar Cam brought to a new level of strategic partnership.

Tashkulov briefed the guests on the main activities of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and also informed about the main tasks and functions of the ministry at the present stage of judicial and legal reforms, which are held in the republic under the leadership of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

In turn, Ali Ihsan Caglar thanked the Deputy Minister of Justice for organizing this meeting and expressed his hope that bilateral relations between the countries will continue to develop dynamically.

The meeting sides the importance of further expanding the activities of TIKA in Uzbekistan and bringing it to a new level. The parties noted the importance of early development and implementation of the corresponding action plan.

Following the meeting, an agreement was reached to increase the number of projects and programs implemented in the provision of public services, training and professional development of legal cadres, exchange of experience in the field of registry office and the legal profession.

The Deputy Minister also said that the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan is open for dialogue and cooperation in all spheres within its competence.
