Kamilov takes part in thematic briefing of UN Security Council

Uzbek Foreign Minister Abdulaziz Kamilov took part in the high-level thematic briefing of the UN Security Council “Non-proliferation of weapons of mass destruction: confidence-building measures”.
The briefing took place on 18 January 2018 at the United Nations headquarters in New York.
The delegation of Uzbekistan headed by Minister of Foreign Affairs Abdulaziz Kamilov is in the USA on a working visit.
At the event, which took place within the framework of Kazakhstan’s chairmanship in the UN Security Council, the President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev, the UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres, the heads of the delegations of the member states of the Security Council spoke.
