Delegation of Uzbekistan will visit the USA

According to the press service of the Uzbek Foreign Ministry, the delegation of Uzbekistan will take part in the events at the headquarters of the United Nations (UN) in New York.

In particular, the Uzbek delegation will take part in the events of the UN Security Council - a thematic briefing on "Non-proliferation of weapons of mass destruction: confidence-building measures" and open debates at the ministerial level on "Building a regional partnership in Afghanistan and Central Asia as a model for the interdependence of security and development".

Uzbek Foreign Minister Abdulaziz Kamilov will meet with UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres. Also, the Uzbek delegation will hold talks with foreign ministers of a number of foreign countries.

The delegation of Uzbekistan will hold talks with US officials in Washington.
