Delegation of Uzbekistan visits Saratov region

The visit was aimed at familiarizing economic and investment potential of the Russian region, met with local businesses to discuss perspectives of mutual beneficial cooperation, exporting Russian products to Uzbekistan and goods from Uzbekistan to Russia.

Vladimir Pozhar, Minister of Economic Development and Investment Policy of Saratov region, said that the cooperation exchange between business circles of Uzbekistan and Saratov region was held. Several agreements were signed. In particular, the agreement on realization of fruits and vegetables was signed with Cheremshankoye. The sides also inked the protocol of intentions in energy, construction and production of mineral fertilizers.

The Uzbek delegation visited several trade organizations and enterprises of Saratov region. They also familiarized with the activities of Business Incubator of Saratov region and received information on created conditions to small and medium businesses.
